Rental Terms & Conditions
♦ Booking and payment: A confirmed booking requires full rental payment or a non‑refundable booking fee plus a refundable security deposit as specified at checkout. Payment is accepted online via Razorpay.
♦ Pickup and return windows: Standard rental period is 24 hours unless another duration is chosen at booking. Pickup or store collection is available during store hours. Returns must be completed within the agreed return window. Late returns may incur a late fee.
♦ Security deposit:A refundable security deposit is collected at booking. The deposit amount depends on the costume value and is shown before payment. After inspection on return, the deposit (less any deductions) is refunded within 7 business days.
♦ Damage and loss charges: Items must be returned in the same condition as rented. We charge for stains, rips, burns, missing embellishments, or significant wear. Minor repairs under ₹200 are deducted from the deposit; major damage charges are calculated based on repair or replacement cost and communicated with photos.
♦ Tag and hygiene policy: All tags and labels must remain attached. Items with removed or broken tags are not eligible for refund, cancellation, or exchange. If wigs, masks, or intimate accessories are returned damaged or broken, the full cost of the item will be deducted from the security deposit.
♦ Cleaning policy: All rentals are supplied cleaned and ready to use. Normal cleaning fees are included in the rental price. If returned excessively dirty beyond normal wear, an additional cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.
♦ Late fee: A late fee of ₹50 per day (or the amount shown at checkout) applies for each day beyond the agreed return date until the item is returned or marked lost.
♦ Size and suitability guidance: Size charts and fit guidance are available on the product page. Customers should verify measurements before booking. We offer limited trial at store locations where possible; advance appointment is recommended.
♦ Inspection on return: All items are inspected on return in the presence of the customer when possible. Disputes should be raised immediately; photos and inspection reports will be used to settle claims.
♦ Lost or irreparably damaged items: If an item is lost or cannot be repaired, replacement or market value will be charged and deducted from the deposit.
♦ Cancellation for rentals: Rentals are non‑cancellable. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted. The booking fee is non‑refundable. The security deposit is refundable.
