Refund & Exchange Policy
♦ Return time: You can request a return or exchange within 10 hours of delivery.
♦ Items that cannot be returned:For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: wigs, masks, make-up, jewellery sets, and custom-stitched items.
♦ Condition for returns: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. We may refuse returns if items show signs of use. Items with broken or removed tags are not eligible for refund, cancellation, or exchange.
♦ Damaged or wrong items : If you get a damaged or wrong item, share an unboxing video and photos within 12 hours. We will replace the item or give a refund after checking the evidence.
Who pays return shipping
If you return because of a change of mind or wrong size, the buyer pays return shipping.
If we sent a damaged or wrong item, we will cover return shipping.
♦ Refund timeline: Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method or as store credit. Bank processing can take 5 to 10 business days.
♦ RTO or refused delivery If a shipment returns to us because of address errors or refused delivery, re-shipping charges will apply. If you cancel after RTO, we may deduct shipping and handling from the refund.
