Cancellation Policy
♦ Before dispatch: You may cancel your order before we dispatch it. Contact support@sanskritifancydresses.in or message on WhatsApp. If payment was already captured, we will refund as per payment gateway rules.
♦ After dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can refuse delivery and return the item, subject to the Refund & Exchange Policy.
♦ Custom or personalised orders: Custom-stitched or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
♦ Refund for cancellations: Refunds for approved cancellations go back to the original payment method or can be given as store credit. Bank refunds may take 5 to 10 business days.
