This policy explains how cancellations are handled for purchase orders, rental bookings, bulk orders, and customized orders.
Because many of our orders are linked to event dates and inventory reservation, cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of order processing.
1. Cancellation Request Process
All cancellation requests must be made through official support communication. A cancellation is not treated as accepted unless acknowledged by us.
2. Cancellation Before Processing
If the order has not yet been processed, packed, prepared, altered, allocated, or dispatched, cancellation may be accepted.
Any refund in such a case will be subject to payment processing status and any already-incurred non-recoverable charges, if applicable.
3. Cancellation After Processing Starts
Once an order enters processing, packing, allocation, alteration, customization, or dispatch preparation, cancellation may be declined or only partially allowed, depending on work already done.
4. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is generally not allowed.
Delivery refusal, non-acceptance, or change of mind after dispatch will not automatically qualify for full refund.
5. Rental Booking Cancellation
Rental bookings involve date blocking and inventory reservation.
Therefore:
- cancellation may be allowed only before preparation or allocation starts
- no refund is applicable once a rental order is prepared, dispatched, or picked up
- short-notice cancellation close to the event date may lead to partial or zero refund
6. Bulk Order Cancellation
Bulk orders usually require planning, size coordination, stock allocation, and accessory preparation.
Once a bulk order is confirmed and preparation starts, cancellation may not be fully refundable.
7. Customized or Altered Orders
Customized, specially prepared, or altered items are generally not cancellable once work starts.
8. Event Date Change or Postponement
If your event date changes, inform us as early as possible.
Rescheduling may be considered depending on:
- stock availability
- prior commitments
- preparation status
Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
9. Advance Payment
Advance amounts may be:
- adjustable
- partially refundable
- non-refundable
depending on the type of order and the stage of work already completed.
10. Non-Cancellable Situations
Cancellation is generally not allowed where:
- the item is already dispatched
- the rental has already started
- customization or alteration work has started
- bulk allocation is already completed
- event-date specific preparation has already been done
